Select the Coding & Payment library under Browse Libraries on the Home page.

Next, click Procedure Coding (HCPCS & CPT) which then jumps down to that section of the library. Select the HCPCS & CPT Codebook.

You can search the entire book or check specific boxes to narrow your search to selected chapters.

You can browse into any chapter, index, or to the HCPCS and CPT Codebook Updates and Changes Report near the bottom of the list.

Each code has a details page with:

Expandable Chapter and Section Guidelines at the top.
Official, consumer friendly and clinician friendly descriptors in the middle.
Expandable Medicare national unadjusted payment information at the bottom.
